Chengdu Yanlord Landmark

Yanlord Landmark covers an area of approximately 210,000 square meters. The area consists of a main building, including an international grade A office buildings, service apartments and shopping malls. Yanlord Landmark is a complex plaza with functions of business office, international conference, residential, shopping, dining and leisure services. The commercial area measures about 60,000 square metres. Yanlord Square consists of a grade A office space, a five-star hotel service apartments and an international brand shopping mall in an integrated square with the estimated cost of 2.6 billion RMB.

Windtech Consultants carried out a detailed study of the structural response of the towers within this development as well as the wind loads on the façade cladding. In addition the pedestrian wind environment was examined and compared against various comfort and safety criteria.
