Fubon Life, Xinyi District, A10 Shopping Centre is a 46,281 square meters composite building and it is the new landmark in Xinyi shopping district. This composite building has a base area of 6374 square meters with future planning of five basement levels and 22 levels above the ground.

Windtech Consultants provided detailed façade and internal pressure study, a study of the wind loads and motion of the structure as well as a pedestrian wind environment study.
